First round was a hackerrank problem. This was the most difficult part of the interview in my opinion. Second round was a 30mins behavioral interview with recruiter. Talked about the company, interests, why did I apply, etc. Third round was interview with two software engineers from Tock. Both engineers did an excellent job making me feel comfortable and unlike other interviews I didn’t feel watched. Is not like they were constantly examining me and what I was doing. It was more a conversation between the two of us about how to approach the problem and how to solve it. Ultimately, this experience with both SWEs was the reason why I decided to accept my internship offer at Tock vs. the other offers I had. I just could sense that I would be able to grow professionally in this internship which was my primary goal.
