I applied online. I interviewed at Tokio Marine HCC (London, England) in Sep 2020
Interview
Met two faceless individuals on MS Teams.... so far so good; however I felt like I was the only one prepared for this interview. Both interviewers were very professional...both they both had Systems/ architecture backgrounds; which is great.
Except for when none of their questions had anything to do with FE development; and apparently their lack of preparedness protected under the broader the candidate's knowledge the better umbrella.
But that only makes sense when combined with FE development.
They're only asked me questions based on what they knew, and not based on what I should know, and that's the problem, in my opinion.

Question 1
Ironically the few questions that had anything to do with FE were outdated.
The whole thing was an exercise on how NOT to interview a candidate.
Last there were discrepancies with some of the roles requirements.
For example:
AEM - apparently not needed nor wanted; even though the job spec at their website states otherwise. Perhaps also outdated.
