I did the video pre-screen interview for a role here and I really liked the process, you receive about a minute and a half to prep your answer to each question and about 4 minutes to answer!

Interview
Long interview process...had to go through 5-6 rounds of interviews throughout the process. Had accepted another offer during after the 4th round of interviews. Interviewers were slightly unprofessional in regards to readiness for the interview and zoom etiquette. First interview with HR Recruiter. Second Interview was with would-be manager. Third interview was with other underwriters in the department. Fourth interview was with high level manager.

Applied online and got an invited for phone interview same day. 30 minute phone interview followed by online assessment. Very easy process and got fast response. Interview was not too bad and questions were easy to follow and reply to.
