I was recruited on a college campus, had a phone interview, and then was flown out to interview in person. I spent a full day interviewing at the manufacturing plant in Morrisville, PA. I was later sent a references survey to send out. After this, the company stopped responding to my emails and inquiries and never contacted me again. After putting so much time and effort into this application process, I expected at least a rejection email. This is so wildly unprofessional and unlike any other interview process I've ever been through. Extremely negative experience.
