There were 1 or 2 screening calls, on site interview with 4 members of the team this position is part of. The interview was fairly standard, with questions about my background, the role, etc. Recruiter couldn’t hide his confusion as to why I got an interview, but hiring manager knew his stuff/why my background could be a good fit for the role. The recruiter seemed to have only basic understanding of different business roles/how they relate to each other, hadn’t even googled my prior role when he didn’t know what it was. There was definitely an “old boys club” vibe - I saw mostly men when on site for the interview
