Interview
The first interview was with two Sales Managers and the second was with two project managers. Both sales managers of two different communities were in need of an associate. Both meetings were very casual and stress free. They all put me at ease immediately.
The third interview was a phone interview with the HR department. A few general questions regarding my transportation means and a background check.
The fourth was also a phone interview by the Senior Project Manager. He had worked at a different builder that I had left.

Three interviews at primary location and headquarters. Conversational interview. Discussed experience in depth. Occurred during covid and the process was lengthy due to hiring delays. Ultimately offered the job at desired location.

The interview process took 5 months. There was zero feedback after the 1st interview though multiple follow ups were sent, until 4 months later. During 2nd interview with same 3 interviewers, one of them said that the ‘higher up’ (pointed at the office next to us) didn’t like hiring ‘experienced’ sales people. She then laughed and said, ‘In fact, I love hiring young women fresh out of college.’ I’m in my middle years and my stomach sank. Sure enough, got the email today that they’ve ‘gone in a new direction.’

Interview
In the interview, it was calm, felt relaxed. Great experience as if we were having a conversation. No tense moments. Straight forward and presented great feedback Expectations were given and answers all the questions I asked so overall it was good.
