I applied through my university career portal. I heard back about a week later and was asked to come in for an in-person interview. I spoke to three different people. One who was in charge of the hiring. One who was the accounting supervisor. And one who was the operations supervisor. They all asked me pretty much the same things. Very casual interviews. Not too hard. Then I did a writing and editing test. I wrote a short paragraph asking me to generally explain Tom Sawyer Software and its products to a customer. I would definitely study the website and the software products beforehand. The editing test was just checking for formatting and computational errors on an excel sheet. Not too difficult.
