Interview
I came into the store, where I was quickly approached by a sales associate and I answered that I have an interview, and so I was offered a seat. I had to wait for about half an hour before the manager realised he had an interview with me, and so we went upstairs to the window seats when he began the interview.
Asked me about how I would help customers and I told them I love to help customers and then they asked me to fold clothes and then walk through how I would clean the store
Got asked basic qualification questions around experience with customer service and ability to communicate. Also got asked if I can speak another language. Process was one round and fairly quick

Interview
Interview was very good, asked questions about previous roles and experience, asked how I would support customers etc. Made me feel welcome and comfortable and supported me through the whole process.
