Interview

First round is a video assessment with competency based questions. Second round is a telephone interview- again competency based. Very Q&A style, they will not respond to your answers or ask for further details. Answers are then awarded a score out of 5. Not the most approachable interview style so prepare answers to questions! Took 10 weeks for them to decide on the final candidate.
