What were my roles and responsibilities in my last position?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Tommy Hilfiger (London, England) in Mar 2017
Interview
I applied for a Merchandise Coordinator job based in Amsterdam. They usually do a telephone interview with HR to begin, however for some reason I went straight to a Skype interview with two Merchandise Managers. After this I had a face to face interview with the Line Manager in London, skype call with the director (mainly formality) and finally again with HR (formality).
Very basic questions about education and experience, was expecting more compitency based questions but instead I was told more about the job role and what they were looking for. More of a casual chat than interview.
