My interview process was a little different since I originally was applying for a different position. So before interviewing for my manager, I had a video interview with the manager and his co-worker. Then I came in to interview with another co-worker and the VP of that department. HR called me to say that I wasn't right for that position but another position opened up that they thought I would be good for. I kind of had to start the whole process over, but it was pretty easy. This interview was in person and she asked me a couple of questions about myself. The rest of the time she talked about the position and what I would be doing. After she showed me the common area and walked me out. I was supposed to interview with the VP but it had been a while and at this point I already had another job offer. They then extended an offer to me which I took.
