Was interviewed in a group setting, which makes it less intimidating, then later on they called to follow up on if I was still interested in the job & if I would accept the pay rate.

Question 1
How would you sell our clothing to a skeptical customer
Asked me about how I would help customers and I told them I love to help customers and then they asked me to fold clothes and then walk through how I would clean the store
Got asked basic qualification questions around experience with customer service and ability to communicate. Also got asked if I can speak another language. Process was one round and fairly quick

Interview was very good, asked questions about previous roles and experience, asked how I would support customers etc. Made me feel welcome and comfortable and supported me through the whole process.
