I was referred through a friend who was the lead sales associate at the time. It was an average interview. Went into the store to apply and introduced myself to the manager. A few days later I got a call from the manager to schedule an interview. The day of the interview I got interviewed by the manager and was asked about my previous work experience. It wasn't too bad of an interview. The next few day I got a call back in regards of a job offer.

Why do you want to work for Tommy Hilfiger? What sales experience do you have?
Asked me about how I would help customers and I told them I love to help customers and then they asked me to fold clothes and then walk through how I would clean the store
Got asked basic qualification questions around experience with customer service and ability to communicate. Also got asked if I can speak another language. Process was one round and fairly quick

Interview was very good, asked questions about previous roles and experience, asked how I would support customers etc. Made me feel welcome and comfortable and supported me through the whole process.
