The entire process was 3 rounds of interview, which I consider to be fast. HR was ignorant of the role and the specifics of the role. The director was entirely focused on personality as opposed to actual experience and abilities. Tommy Hilfiger is a very corporate environment so fitting in to the "tommy" aesthetic was more important than capabilities. After I met w/ the VP of merchandising I was hired immediately. The entire interviewing process was very simple w/ basic questioning.
