Got a phone call for an interview, thought it was 1:1. It turned out to be a group interview. Very easy since it was group interview, felt like a nice conversation among friends getting to know each other. Got a call a week later telling me I got the job.

What do you know about Tommy? Greatest achievement?
Asked me about how I would help customers and I told them I love to help customers and then they asked me to fold clothes and then walk through how I would clean the store
Got asked basic qualification questions around experience with customer service and ability to communicate. Also got asked if I can speak another language. Process was one round and fairly quick

Interview was very good, asked questions about previous roles and experience, asked how I would support customers etc. Made me feel welcome and comfortable and supported me through the whole process.
