Interview
It was a really sum or and easy process. U went in to the store got an application filled it out and recieved a call about an interview the next day. I then came in for my interview. The hiring manager came and asked me a few questions and went through my work history. When we were through I signed some paper work and he told me my start date. Simple and easy
Asked me about how I would help customers and I told them I love to help customers and then they asked me to fold clothes and then walk through how I would clean the store
Got asked basic qualification questions around experience with customer service and ability to communicate. Also got asked if I can speak another language. Process was one round and fairly quick

Interview was very good, asked questions about previous roles and experience, asked how I would support customers etc. Made me feel welcome and comfortable and supported me through the whole process.
