I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tommy Hilfiger (Vaughan, ON) in Jan 2013
Interview
Group interview with about 10 people. Two managers are in charge of conducting the interview. They start by having everyone introduce themselves and then they ask a different question from each person sitting around the table. Then they have you talk to someone sitting next to you and you need to describe yourself to them. When you're done, the person you described yourself to needs to describe you to the group so they get an idea of who you are.
Basically, really simple, basic retail job interview. Nothing out of the ordinary.
