Quick and Easy. No questions were asked that were too out of touch. They do like to know more personal questions. Worked there during christmas break. They care mainly about confidence and if you are well spoken as you will be in contact with customers everyday. The interview process was no longer than 15 minutes with simple questions.
Asked me about how I would help customers and I told them I love to help customers and then they asked me to fold clothes and then walk through how I would clean the store
Got asked basic qualification questions around experience with customer service and ability to communicate. Also got asked if I can speak another language. Process was one round and fairly quick

Interview was very good, asked questions about previous roles and experience, asked how I would support customers etc. Made me feel welcome and comfortable and supported me through the whole process.
