I interviewed almost 3 years ago, I had only one interview and it was very laid-back (the job responsibilities were mostly discussed) but I believe candidates who interviewed months after me had more formal questions (ex. what does good cx service mean to you, etc.)>

Question 1
What retail/ customer service experience do you have?
Asked me about how I would help customers and I told them I love to help customers and then they asked me to fold clothes and then walk through how I would clean the store
Got asked basic qualification questions around experience with customer service and ability to communicate. Also got asked if I can speak another language. Process was one round and fairly quick

Interview
Interview was very good, asked questions about previous roles and experience, asked how I would support customers etc. Made me feel welcome and comfortable and supported me through the whole process.
