I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Toolworks (San Francisco, CA)
Interview

They asked about my experience and my attitude towards people with disability, as well as multiple "what would you do?" type questions.
I then was asked to teach a sample class to the group, which was like a presentation.
