Top of Mind Networks interview questions

Recruiter reached out on Indeed. Had a couple of phone-screens and did a somewhat extensive coding challenge. Also had a fairly easy live coding session with a few of the team members. They didn't ask any 'gotcha' trivia questions.

The interview process involved a conference call that lasted over an hour. The questions were mostly centered on getting an understanding of the technical experience and expertise I had as well as interests and ability to be a self-starter working remotely. The next step was a test exercise that took several hours to complete. It was a week or two later when an offer was received.
