The interview process consists of four stages:
HR Interview
The first step is an HR interview where the focus is on understanding your professional background, previous roles and contracts, and assessing overall culture fit.
AI-Driven Technical Test
After clearing HR, you will be given a 2-hour recorded AI-driven test. This assessment evaluates how effectively you can leverage AI tools to quickly build a web or mobile application.
Technical Interview
If your test project is approved internally, you will move to a live technical interview with a Tech Lead. This stage includes technical questions along with 3–4 problem-solving challenges designed to assess your technical depth, thought process, and problem-solving skills.
Trial Period
Candidates who pass the technical interview enter a one-month trial phase. During this period, you will be evaluated on:
Cultural fit
Team coordination and communication
Quality and impact of results
Effective usage of AI tools
At the end of the trial, based on your performance and feedback from your team lead, a final decision will be made regarding your continuation.
