Very easy. There are fun get to know each other group activities with a small 2 minute personal interview at the end. Lasts a few hours but overall a very positive experience!
It was a phone call interview. The woman I spoke to was extremely nice and not too formal. She was very relatable and easy to talk to. It did not feel like an interview.
