Interview
I applied online and about a week later, got an email to set up a phone screen. Had the phone screen a couple days later and was asked basic questions. Experience, Customer Service, etc. The recruiter sounded super excited and told me he was going to set up a second in-person interview with the GM and he would email me the details by the end of the week. Never heard from him. Sent an email the following week and turns out he went on vacation. He never got back to me at all. It was kind of disappointing to see the unprofessionalism from a company who strives for people. If I wasn’t the right fit, not a big deal. At least just say that instead of just ghosting so people don’t waste time waiting around.
