Interview
Very unique hiring process. You go to this big interview with everyone who applied and play games and dance around with a live DJ. It can be awkward but they are just trying to create a stress free environment. They then put you in a hot seat where you have 90 seconds to do something to impress them and then answer some questions.

If you were trapped on a desert island what three things would you bring?
Straightforward questions regarding job requirements and salary levels. Wanting to know hours available to work, reasons interested in position and any other positions that may be available. Typical interview questions.

Interview
Group interview, they put you into small groups and get you to play top golf with that group and watch and observe you, at the end you get a one to one interview with a manager. It's a very laid back and enjoyable process
