It's called X-factor and they basically want to see you have fun, let loose and see how well you interact with others. You play games like bear pong etc, then you get called into a room where there are 3 tables, 2 people at the first and 7 at the last. At the first 2 tables they ask you simple questions for 30 seconds and then at the last they ask you to tell them about yourself or do a special talent, 60 seconds.
