Interview
Long drawn out, overall not worth it. Is the interview hard, I don't think so, but it's a huge time commitment with unclear guidelines on the final project. I'd save your time, since you aren't even getting a job just gig opportunities. Take the month and just try to find your own leads and make more money. Toptal seems like a gig worker farm similar massive consulting firm new hires without the O/H.
I had an interview with a recruiter as part of the hiring process. The conversation included specific questions related to the role and my previous experience. The interview was structured and focused on assessing my fit for the position and understanding my background in similar tasks.

to walk through my entire design process live, from understanding the problem to delivering a solution for a specific case
The process was very comprehensive, and the interviewers were very good at what they were doing. The first phase is quite easy, but when it comes to the later stages that's where the weeding comes out. Overall a challenging interview.
Recruiter kept me well informed throughout the process. They also provided documents about the company and benefits which was appreciative. You’re also expected to take an assessment during the process.
