There were 4 steps; The first step was a regular meeting call. The person I talked to was very kind and energetic. She told me about the company and the culture and wanted to know more about me. It was all about were the expectations about each other. The second step was the online Codility test. I think there are several levels of tests according to the level of position you applied. Solving many tests before you join the online exam helps you a lot. The third step (which I'm eliminated) is a live video call with screen sharing. There were two technical people and they are asking two questions and you have 15 mins for each. The questions are not so complicated. You can ask questions when the instructions are not clear or even you have some confusion. They were kind and helpful people. Keeping calm is the key here. The question I had was a very easy one but I made it complex, so do not do it :) By the way, if you are eliminated at this step, you can re-apply for the interview and your process starts from this level again. And finally, the last step was writing a project. They assign a project to you to solve in a couple of days and you design the project.

It's not that difficult for passing the whole interview process. If you are ready for your skills mention in your resume, no problem. It can be said that it's interview level is middle.
