The interview process started with a phone call from HR. The next phase was a phone interview with another product manager from Torii. Afterwards I received a home assignment, which was an appropriate length (not too time consuming), and directly relevant to the proposed role at Torii. After handing in the assignment, I presented my work to another product manager as well as the management level. Last, recommendations were requested. Overall, I am very pleased with the process. It was to-the-point, quick, honest and everyone I talked to were very welcoming. I really got a great vibe from the company (which was the validated when I started working there). Kudos :)
