Super easy! Same interview process as any other retail job! They take you to the back room; there is usually a chair or 2. They are very professional; no questions about your personal life. One of my favorite interviews; they made me feel confident and gave me the optimal amount of time to answer questions. 10/10
I first interviewed with the District Manager, got asked a few scenario questions, my past job experiences, and how I viewed customer service. From there I got interviewed 2 more times by the ASM and then the SM. The interview was laid back and I felt comfortable.
