Conference call phone interview with 2+ interviewers. The interviewers ask questions related to the usage of the software which I had worked on, such as how many users, how it is deployed on what server set up. These are irrelevant questions to my job since in Agile settings we as developers receive the requirements not always related to the entire usage of the software, nor do we care how it is deployed where.
Conducted a multi-stage interview process, including 3 to 4 rounds of interviews, starting with coding assessments followed by 2 technical rounds and one managerial round.Process will took max 2-3 days.
Very delaying process, was postponed several times. Need to follow up a lot, the technical interview was of average difficulty. The overall interview was good but there were a lot of delays.
