I attended scheduled interview on Saturday in Koramangala office. I have 3.3 years of experience, so they conducted written test along with 50 other guys, who has +/- 1year of exp compared to me. Written test was completely based on C which has mixture of multiple choice questions, programming and correcting the wrong part in a given program. Difficulty level in neutral. I cleared that round and HR took my Resume and told me to wait(@11.30 PM), i waited for around 6hours in the office 🙁 and finally i got a call at 5.30PM for face to face interview. Iterviewer asked introduction about myself and few questions related to my project and my job roles and responsibilities. Then he asked 3 questions on C. 2/3 are from written test itself. I gave the right answers to those questions ( goggled after the interview), but HR informed me i can leave for the day. Still i dont know the reason why i was out 🙄🙄 To my knowledge 50% of the guys left the office after waiting for ~3hrs who has 3+ yrs of experience. In these 3hrs, these guys one by one checked with HR periodically about the status, everyone got the same reply "PLEASE WAIT". Now i realised that they took the right decision. Worse part is one guy gave his 1st Technical round at 12.30PM and interviewer asked him to wait for response, he waited like rest of the guys and around 4.30PM he got reply from HR as "YOU CAN LEAVE FOR THE DAY". I still remember his conversation with HR which was sensored little bit. Now you can decide for going to interview for Toshiba, Koramangala on week ends. Suggestion to HR department. Remember we are also employees in an recognized organization like you, dont waste our time with the name of interview.
