The interview process was one of the best that I have dealt with (coming from a 2020 new grad). I was contacted by a recruiter that worked at Toshiba, via email, about an opening for this unique job with a lot of travel. I confirmed my interest and got an initial phone interview with that recruiter that was really just informational and checking my basic experience. I was then contacted by the hiring manager for yet another very informal phone interview, mainly to tell me what the job requires (a large time investment in the spring and fall) and make sure that I was aware of that and wanted to continue with it. Then a third and final in-person interview with a panel of 6 engineers from different areas. This was when I was asked in-depth questions about my past projects and where I got the rest of my questions answered.
