In our college, over 500 participants were shortlisted for Round 1 of the Toshiba hiring process, which had openings for two roles: Frontend Developer and C++ Developer. I had already chosen the Frontend Developer role before the first round.
Round 1 consisted of Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Technical MCQs. I cleared this round and advanced to Technical Interview 1. There were two interviewers in this round—one asked me to build a user rating interface using React lifecycle methods, while the other gave me a problem to find the sum of the first and second largest numbers. Both were very friendly.
After successfully clearing Technical Interview 1, I moved on to Technical Interview 2 the next day, where I was asked JavaScript-related questions and problems. I performed well and was shortlisted for the Managerial Round. In this round, I was asked about my resume, including topics like full-stack development, why I chose React.js, endpoints, RESTful APIs, and more.
Finally, I cleared the HR round, which also went smoothly. The entire process took about a week. My HR interview was on Sunday, and by Monday, I received an offer to join the office.
