The people I interviewed with were nice to my face, but apparently they want young and cheaper engineers. I was scheduled for four in-house interviews, answered all their questions well, but they abruptly stopped, made up an excuse that the other interviewers were in meetings, and I had to leave. I was hoping that they would re-schedule the last two interviews but received a rejection letter two days later. Since then, another experienced engineer interviewed there and had the same experience I did. All in all, they want young talent that they can manipulate and they feel that they can't with older engineers. Definite ageism bias!!

Ist level interview Recruiter scheduled this for 1hr but that interviewer took interview for around 3hrs and then I didn't hear back from them.
After contacting recruiter after 1week she said they are not going ahead with my profile. I asked for feedback to which she said they are not able to provide because they are conducting interviews daily.
I don't know what kind of stupid person will interview a guy for 3hrs and then will reject without feedback.
I have attended a lot of interviews and I can tell you that if there is single person on panel then there is high chance that you will get rejected for no reason because he can submit any feedback and no one will be there to check.
