Interview
It is a LONG interview process. I was contacted through a recruiter on Linkedin about the entry-level sales role for the position, and first you have a laid-back conversation with the recruiter nothing too serious. Next, you will schedule a phone call with the recruiter where you have a sales pitch of your choice to sell an item to them, and after that they bring you in for the third part of the interview process where you will take 3 short quizzes, which will have study guides. There will be a quiz on math, the states, and basic TQL knowledge. After the the quizzes you will have a video interview with the recruiter you were on the phone with and they will ask you some basic interview questions. After that is the final part of the interview where you will sit with two of the hiring managers who will ask irrelevant questions about your current work experience and not ask you questions pertaining to the role of at TQL. They will attempt to intimidate you and make it as uncomfortable as possible to make you question if this job even worth accepting. They also asked for you to complete an assignment before the final interview and for references, which I'm sure they never checked. AND THEY DON'T VALIDATE PARKING.

Solid, Would recommend anyone who is passionate about sales and wanting the ability to earn uncapped commission. Base pay is low so understand it is very much an "Eat what you kill" environment

The recruiter explained the interview process very well and happily answered any questions I had. There were a total of 3 interviews. The first was a phone call, the second one was where you went into the office to meet the recruiter, and the third interview was with the hiring manager. In between interviews, you had to do a small homework assignment that helps you understand the industry a bit better. There is also an assessment but they provide you with study materials.
