Multiple phone calls with a recruiter who contacted me then a mandatory instructional video before being allowed to come in to take four short tests including one about knowledge of the company then a video interview with the recruiter.
Then you get a homework assignment to break down a product into its stoppable pieces. Then you have to come back to interview with the site manager.
After all was said and done not including drive time I probably invested six+ hours into the process including taking two mornings off of work.
This company touts temselves about how great they are to work for and you spend a lot of time listening to them blow themselves. The best part is nobody gets back to you. They send you a generic email to reject you.
Knowing what they are like should I ever be in a position to use a logistics carrier i would bend over backwards to not use them.
