I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Memphis, TN) in Jan 2019
Interview
Easy, laid back, very comfortable. Regardless of outcome, I left encouraged and with more information than I had going in. Unfortunately, I was told they will call whether it was yes or no; but as most, no follow through on a promise that wasn't asked for.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2024
Interview
Very great at first, the hiring manager brought me in for the second interview after completing the first but then after taking 3 test (and passing). I had a interview with the manager. He seemed like he didn't want me to work there. I understood the job process following the onsite mock training. I was very disappointed not landing the job after calling off my initial job just for the opportunity.

How would you respond if I thought you weren't fit enough for this job.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics in Oct 2024
Interview
Long and tedious interview ghosted me towards last interview, was not able to get a straight answer towards the end. Would not recommend again. The company interview me for four interviews and shakedown and wasted my time by basically telling me there was no openings until two months and even then might not offer a job.
Nice people, easy and flexible process. If you are professional and come across eager to learn and begin selling, you’ll do fine. They do hire a lot of people. Recruiters and managers are very kind.
