The process was very tedious. the first part was a phone interview where you had to do an interactive sales pitch (not bad). before the second interview they told you that there was going to be a 4 part test. Math, Map of US, typing, about the company. If you failed you could not go farther in the interview, you had to go back and study more until you passed. So you want to study well the first time. After you passed the test you shadowed an employee and then had a skype interview with your recruiter. The final interview meant coming back to the office again and interviewing with heads of sales team.

The recruiter explained the interview process very well and happily answered any questions I had. There were a total of 3 interviews. The first was a phone call, the second one was where you went into the office to meet the recruiter, and the third interview was with the hiring manager. In between interviews, you had to do a small homework assignment that helps you understand the industry a bit better. There is also an assessment but they provide you with study materials.
