Received a phone call from a recruiter about a day after I applied. Set up a phone interview for later in the week. They called every day in between to make sure I was good for the interview day and to make sure I was preparing my sales pitch for the end of the interview (They make you pretend you’re doing a cold call). The second interview is in the office but is dependent on you passing three tests they make you take (math, TQL knowledge, and a states test). All of the tests are incredibly simple. There’s no way you should fail. After the tests, you shadow someone for 15 minutes to see what the work is like (The person I shadowed was extremely unprofessional). Then comes the interview with the recruiter that you have been in contact with. It’s 45 minutes with simple questions asked.
Next is the final interview with the “big guy”, but before that you are given a homework assignment that is completely useless and you receive no feedback on it. They asked questions similar to the ones in the second interview and throw all the stats about high turnover and long work weeks at you. This is a 20 minute interview and a huge waste of time. The “big guy” seemed pretty disinterested the entire time. After that interview I knew that even if I was offered the job I wasn’t going to take it.
We have an 80% turnover rate. From the day you start here to one year later there is a big chance that you will not work here, does that change your mind about taking this job?
Was not bad at all. nervous going in but they describe role to you and make it feel very welcoming. hiring manager was very communicate and transparent about responsibilities and the overall role
I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Fort Worth, TX)
Interview
Interviewer asked me extremely inappropriate questions, not job related, regarding family life and personal experiences. The people I saw who worked there did not seem happy. Worst interview ever, would never recommend.
I applied online. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Atlanta, GA) in May 2026
Interview
Several rounds of interviews. Repeated communication from recruiter, but lack of devotion by actual manager at the site. They are very strict about dress code, even though they do not follow it themselves. It is daily contact from the recruitment, not only that they sent benefits , test, material, and study and material for the position itself. They even make you do job shadowing for two hours as well. This is all before you’re even given the final interview. I would not recommend this to anyone.
