I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2010
Interview
I heard of them through a friend and decided to submit my resume. I heard back within a couple days to set up a phone interview. Started out with two different phone interviews. They were both pretty basic and quite similar. The first consisted of explaining my resume and job experiences, while the second was more behavioral based. After those two, I got invited to the office for an on-site interview. All the people in the office were great. On-site interview consisted of two job shadowing stints, a couple very basic assessments, and than a 40 minute 1:1 interview with the hiring manager which mostly consisted of fast-paced behavioral type questions. Of the three interviews, neither was very stressful and all 3 people I spoke with were easy going.

Interview
Good interview good people great environment. Went over everything that I needed to know and they offer a somewhat competitive salary. Seems like a job that could be very beneficial for someone looking to work hard and move their way up in a company.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Tampa, FL)
Interview
Very straightforward 2 round process. First call with the recruiter and the second with the hiring manager. They ask you to do a little take home assignment before the 2nd interview round to explain your understanding of logistics and the service they provide.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics in Apr 2026
Interview
First was a phone call with the recruiter and then an in office visit shadowing two team members and then an interview again with the recruiter. The final interview was an in office visit again but with timed quizzes and also meeting with the hiring manager.
I shadowed two people one who was a trainee and another who was more “tenured”. The job itself looked very hard to get leads and long hours, also had a very sales floor vibe.
