I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics
Interview
Approached the company at the University career fair. Was contacted a day later from a recruiter who wanted to briefly speak with me and set up a time for a 30 minute phone interview. After the phone interview I was asked to come on-site for an interview. The entire interview process took about 4 hours on-site. Watched a couple videos on the company and answered questions according to what I watched. Then shadowed a current LAE for about an hour, watching what a typical day would look like. Then had a one-on-one interview with the recruiter, followed by a interview with the Office Manager and the Sales team leader. I was then contacted a couple days later with an offer.

I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Columbus, OH)
Interview
Good interview good people great environment. Went over everything that I needed to know and they offer a somewhat competitive salary. Seems like a job that could be very beneficial for someone looking to work hard and move their way up in a company.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Tampa, FL)
Interview
Very straightforward 2 round process. First call with the recruiter and the second with the hiring manager. They ask you to do a little take home assignment before the 2nd interview round to explain your understanding of logistics and the service they provide.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics in Apr 2026
Interview
First was a phone call with the recruiter and then an in office visit shadowing two team members and then an interview again with the recruiter. The final interview was an in office visit again but with timed quizzes and also meeting with the hiring manager.
I shadowed two people one who was a trainee and another who was more “tenured”. The job itself looked very hard to get leads and long hours, also had a very sales floor vibe.
