Interview
Initial phone screen with recruiter followed by zoom interview with recruiter and then a zoom interview with director of recruiting. Was told next steps would be with Director of Sales and the VP of Sales but didn’t get to that point. The reason it was negative is that I was told someone would reach out to me with an outcome either way, when I never heard anything (7 days from that time frame) I sent a message to the recruiter and instead of a personal response back with any type of feedback which could be potentially helpful to me 2 minutes later I was sent a rejection email. Can understand just receiving the email but when you’ve said reach out any time if you have questions and you’ve been informally texting a candidate to begin with perhaps you should follow up in a different manner. Even if TQL asked me to interview again down the road I would no longer consider this company as somewhere that meets my standards in regards to philosophy or values.

The recruiter was amazing! Stayed in constant contact throughout the process and was available for questions. Was able to shadow a team member as well who was very helpful and gave a good representation of what TQL does.
