I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics in Apr 2015
Interview
They seemed like they were very interested in me, brought me in for 3 interviews. The first one was an initial phone screening just asking me about my resume. For the second interview, they had me complete an assignment looking up different carriers, manufactures, and distributors - basically to see if I could do the job. The second interview was in their office and had me complete a 30 minute assessment testing me on time zones, US geography, and basic TQL facts. I then met with the recruiter for almost an hour talking about my resume and basic interview questions. During the third interview I shadowed two Logistics Account Executives for 30 minutes each so I could see what their day-to-day functions were. I then met with the hiring manager for almost an hour. No one asked for the assignment that I had spent hours working on the week before hand. All of these interviews went well and I was surprised when they did not make me an offer. I feel like they strung me along and I'm more upset that they wasted so much of time than I am about not getting an offer. Overall, my interview experience with this company is negative. They should have known after the second interview that I was "not what they are looking for." Additionally, they told me they have an almost 60% employee turnover rate which was a very big red flag for me. In the end I think they did not offer me the job because I said I wanted to move up in the company/industry and did not see myself as a Logistics Account Executive for the rest of my life (which is true).

Interview
Good interview good people great environment. Went over everything that I needed to know and they offer a somewhat competitive salary. Seems like a job that could be very beneficial for someone looking to work hard and move their way up in a company.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Tampa, FL)
Interview
Very straightforward 2 round process. First call with the recruiter and the second with the hiring manager. They ask you to do a little take home assignment before the 2nd interview round to explain your understanding of logistics and the service they provide.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics in Apr 2026
Interview
First was a phone call with the recruiter and then an in office visit shadowing two team members and then an interview again with the recruiter. The final interview was an in office visit again but with timed quizzes and also meeting with the hiring manager.
I shadowed two people one who was a trainee and another who was more “tenured”. The job itself looked very hard to get leads and long hours, also had a very sales floor vibe.
