Question 1
What I was personally looking for in my next position and if TQL would be able to align with that.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics in Sep 2016
Interview
I applied online via their career site. I received two phone interviews, one with the recruiter and another with the hiring manager. The interviews went well! The hiring manager, recruiter and a third, senior recruiter at TQL reviewed by Linkedin profile. I am not certain why, as the resume is identical to profile, with the exception being the picture. Anyway, I suppose they did not like the fact that the picture had color, because I never heard back from any of them and that includes my attempts at closure (left one voicemail and sent one email message) I received zero response.
