This interview process was not good. It’s 3 interviews and the last one you have to take a test… the position is entry level, I have a bachelors degree, plus a year and half of experience as a sales rep… figured it would be a breeze to get this job but I didn’t get it. Studied for the test for no reason. Why are we making candidates study for a test only to not even offer a job. Also learned you have to work Saturdays and sometimes take phone calls from truckers in the middle of the night? I’m glad I didn’t get the job because it sounds and looks like 0 work life balance. Also everyone in the office was giving frat bro mentality.
Was not bad at all. nervous going in but they describe role to you and make it feel very welcoming. hiring manager was very communicate and transparent about responsibilities and the overall role
I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Fort Worth, TX)
Interview
Interviewer asked me extremely inappropriate questions, not job related, regarding family life and personal experiences. The people I saw who worked there did not seem happy. Worst interview ever, would never recommend.
I applied online. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Atlanta, GA) in May 2026
Interview
Several rounds of interviews. Repeated communication from recruiter, but lack of devotion by actual manager at the site. They are very strict about dress code, even though they do not follow it themselves. It is daily contact from the recruitment, not only that they sent benefits , test, material, and study and material for the position itself. They even make you do job shadowing for two hours as well. This is all before you’re even given the final interview. I would not recommend this to anyone.
