I applied and nearly immediately got an email to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was literally 6 minutes long. I have a bachelors degree in psychology, and I did NOT get a job offer. I have no idea why not, because I had a degree (this position only requires you are pursuing a bachelors degree) and I answered yes to all the questions, making sure I was a good candidate for the position and because I genuinely could agree to everything she had to say.
