La entrevista fue dinámica, positiva y bien estructurada: incluyó preguntas típicas de Recursos Humanos y una explicación clara y detallada del puesto. Se desarrolló en un formato mixto que combinó una videollamada a través de Microsoft Teams con una llamada telefónica convencional, lo que permitió una comunicación fluida y adaptada.
First, the interview was with the manager and an analyst. The interview was pretty conversational, mostly about learning about what the role entails, what they do, and about work experience.
The interview combined technical and behavioral questions, focusing on my subject matter expertise in structuring energy deals while also asking me to highlight lessons learned, skills developed, and relevant insights from my prior professional experience in the energy industry.
