I initially had a phone interview with one of the hiring managers, followed by an in-person interview with both hiring managers.
The phone interview seemed to go well and longer than anticipated; a background on the company and details of the position were described to me, after which I was able to ask some questions and then we scheduled the in-person interview.
The in-person interview was lengthy (about 2 hours overall). I was first asked to complete a Wonderlic IQ test (paper copy, in addition to the electronic one I had already been asked to fill out prior to the phone interview) in 10 minutes. After this, I spoke with each of the hiring managers individually for about a half hour, and was asked a number of unconventional interview questions like "How many ping pong balls can fit inside a 747 aircraft?"...
A few days after the interview, I received an email informing me that I would not be offered the position.
