Once applying online with Tower Health a member from HR calls within a week to do a phone interview. After the phone interview an in person interview is conducted. Part of the interview process is shadowing on the unit you applied for. If a job offer is made they will email you an offer letter to sign.
The interview was informative and smooth. The interview was with two people. Provided time for questions, and gave a tour of the facility. Interview was with one of the managers and someone they were training
